Here are the specifics:



  • 2+ years of experience in an E-commerce related role,
  • A degree,
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing and other digital marketing,
  • Traits: organized, bent on success, the love of a job well done,
  • Knowledge and passion for video games and the entertainment industry,
  • Strong computer and “internet” skills. You know what Slack and Shopify are,
  • Great communication skills with the ability to take and give constructive feedback.

*Experience with video game accessories, products, or industry a plus.

  • Responsible for driving online sales via marketing strategies & promotions
  • Drive revenue and profitability through SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives
  • Develop creative ideas and improvements for site content, enhancements, and site functionality
  • Maintain and manage warehouse inventory of products, shipping and receiving, and work closely with the International Production Manager for product manufacturing updates
  • Execute, document, and improve site operations and processes including merchandising, marketing, and creative roadmap
  • Compose monthly performance reports
  • Write product descriptions focused on improving organic rankings
  • Work with the business development Director for all marketing and promotional strategies for Direct Marketing
  • Participate in planning and administration of E-commerce budget. Provide projections and report. Monitor expense and labor costs to meet budget guidelines
  • Assist in developing goals and objectives
  • Implement best industry practices, process, and procedures
  • Execute and identify product descriptions, listings, and other updates to enhance online sales and customer interfacing
  • Communicates with customers in a timely manner by responding to inquiries, complaints, and general information regarding products through our website
  • Oversee and execute all digital marketing to drive traffic and revenue
