MISSION
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Leasing Coordinator to join our client’s team and help manage our property showings and client inquiries. This role is to work for a leading property management company dedicated to providing high-quality rental experiences for tenants and property owners alike.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for prospective tenants.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries about available rental properties.
- Schedule and coordinate property showings with prospective tenants and leasing agents.
- Maintain an organized calendar of appointments and property availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
- Follow up with prospective tenants to assist them through the leasing process.
- Update and manage scheduling software, CRM systems, and property listings as needed.
- Communicate with property managers and leasing teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, leasing, or property management is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Comfortable using scheduling tools, CRM systems, and basic office software.
- A professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
