MISSION
Do you want to be part of an exciting company focused on the video game industry? We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Gameplay Designer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to designing and refining combat mechanics within a dynamic and immersive game world. You will work closely with designers and developers to prototype, implement, and fine-tune engaging player combat and movement systems.
YOU
- Have a passion for the game industry
- Are proficient in Unreal Engine and Blueprint scripting (or equivalent experience in Unity with combat system implementation).
- Have +2 years of experience in game design, with a focus on combat and player movement in 3D environments.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create technical solutions for design challenges.
- Have excellent communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly to both designers and developers.
- Are experienced with multiple game engines and you are interested in related fields such as 3D art, level design, or VFX.
- Have familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio or Blender.
Responsibilities
- Design and develope combat mechanics, with a focus on player movement and engagement.
- Work closely with programmers and other designers to create and balance gameplay systems.
- Prototype and refine combat mechanics using Unreal Engine Blueprints (or similar tools).
- Communicate design ideas clearly across teams and provide well-structured documentation.
- Analyze feedback and testing results to troubleshoot and improve combat-related gameplay elements.
