MISSION
Do you want to be part of an exciting company focused on the video game industry? We are looking for an experienced Senior Creative to oversee the production and delivery of creative marketing assets, ensuring timely execution of projects from ideation to final delivery. You will serve as the main point of contact between the creative team and User Acquisition team of our client, helping drive new installs and grow fan bases of existing titles.
YOU
- Review designs, video edits, and other creative assets, and providing feedback to improve quality, style, and messaging to meet ad standards
- Ensure that all creative outputs align with brand standards and communicate consistent messaging across all channels
- Oversee the creation and delivery of creative assets, ensuring timely execution of projects from ideation to final delivery
- Create and manage a project calendar that tracks each phase of the creative process. This includes setting milestones, deadlines, and review points.
- Conduct and lead weekly creative team meetings; setting agendas, and provide project updates to both interior and exterior teams
- Work closely with the User Acquisition team to ensure that creative assets align with campaign objectives, key performance indicators, and audience insights
- Lead presentations on a biweekly basis to showcase creative progress to the production director, or clients. Ensuring all feedback is addressed and delivered to the individual team members
- Graphic design or editing support as needed; Stepping in to handle minor design or editing tasks to ensure deadlines are met, especially during high-volume periods
- Coordinating with freelance talent and external vendors for additional projects, ensuring high-quality output when in-house resources are unavailable. Additionally managing the creative feedback throughout the process
- Set clear expectations for both the internal team and vendors, ensuring that everyone understands deadlines, creative standards, and the overall vision for the project. This involves creating detailed project briefs with deadlines, technical requirements, sizes/aspect ratios etc
- Guide vendors on the brand’s creative guidelines and campaign goals to ensure external work aligns seamlessly with internal content and the brand identity
- Contribute to copywriting & storytelling, especially for headlines, taglines, social media content, or video scripts
- Sourcing of various creative elements, such as voice-over artists and production resources
- Organize and review audition samples to select the best-fitting voice-over artists or talent
- Organize and host the recording session, coordinating with Editors for Post-Production, and handle the financial side by creating and submitting purchase orders (POs) for the work completed
- Managing production shoots, providing creative direction, and overseeing logistical and technical aspects of shoots
- Good English (written and spoken)
