MISSION
Do you want to be part of an exciting company focused on the video game industry? We are looking for a Producer with a great sense of responsibility, judgment and desire to learn. You will work with our producers, head of creative and Creative Director assisting in daily and continuous tasks over time.
Responsibilities
- Assist producers in day-to-day tasks such as: managing project timelines and budgets, outlining project specifications, securing quotes for manufacturing and production, creating estimates and invoices, and managing costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Research for mood boards, packaging concepts, product references and idea generation.
- Help to generate project briefs.
- Support all steps involved to take a project from a concept to a finished piece of physical or digital media.
- Communicate daily with the design, video, and collectibles departments and ensure the creative team has the necessary assets and information to advance projects according to the client's objectives.
YOU
- Have a passion for the game industry and knowledge of news and trends.
- Skilled in project management.
- Positive, proactive, open to feedback, and willing to learn and work with the team.
- Are open to working in a fast-paced environment, finish projects on time, and according to the established parameters by the clients and the production standards.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge on collaborative and workflow software is a plus.
- Knowledge of the video production pipeline for creative projects.
- Knowledge of graphic design process.
- Experience working with shipping carriers and freight forwarders a plus
- Experience in advertising and marketing agencies.
- Experience in sourcing.
- Must submit a portfolio of production of projects in which you have been involved.
- Degree in administration, production or project management preferred.
- Great English written and spoken.
