MISSION

Do you want to be part of an exciting company focused on the video game industry?  We are looking for a Senior UI Graphic Designer to craft visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces across a variety of projects. You will lead the design and execution of UI elements, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience while maintaining the highest standards of creativity and functionality.

YOU

• Design and develop high-quality UI assets, including menus, icons, buttons, and interactive elements, ensuring consistency with project branding and visual guidelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative directors, UX specialists, and developers, to deliver intuitive and impactful designs.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and refine them based on team feedback.

• Ensure UI designs are optimized for various platforms and screen sizes, from desktop to mobile.

• Maintain a strong understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and accessibility standards to create inclusive designs.

• Stay current with industry trends and innovations in UI/UX to bring fresh ideas and best practices to the team.

• Develop and maintain style guides and documentation to ensure consistency and alignment across projects.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met without compromising quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects and expertise.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, or similar.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and visual design trends.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Good English (written and spoken).
